Maya Shino, CEO and Co-Founder of new non-profit legal aid website, LawSpot (www.lawspot.org.nz) will be talking to us about what LawSpot is, how to use the service, and what the initiative means for the future of volunteering in New Zealand.

LawSpot is the first website in Australia to use a public-private partnership to provide community legal services online. Maya will talk through about setting up the LawSpot legal service, provide example uses of the website and provide general advice on legal resources available to community and non-profit organisations. Maya is a social entrepreneur. By day, she is a solicitor in the public law team at Russell McVeagh.
